Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy for Crystals At Lotus Petals, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged crystal, we're here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:

Conditions for Exchange Exchanges are only eligible for damaged crystals. To initiate the exchange process, customers must create an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged crystal(s). The unboxing video must be submitted to tarotwithnandini@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please include your order number, name, and contact information in the email. Once the unboxing video is received and reviewed, we will provide further instructions on the exchange process.

Terms and Conditions: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the same crystal is not available, we may offer a replacement of equal value. Re-Shipping costs for returning the damaged crystal will be covered by Lotus Petals. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
